"Ordinance 2268, Section 2, "Assumption of Indebtedness", (27 March 1989) is interesting reading for those with an interest in Tukwila history.... Also, one might find interest in the minutes of the 18 November 1974 Council meeting in which…"

"Was Rick Still around at the time? Best to look back into the record to verify. Relevance? It is part of Tukwila history and brought about consequences unrealized by most, such as the suspension of the incomplete five-phase street improvement plan…"

Charles Tyson commented on Ellen Gengler's blog post 'Revisiting the Golf Course - over $300,000+ Yearly Subsidy; is this the vision of residents?'
"For those who were unaware, Allentown came into the City for the advantages the City had to offer the residents on one condition: They would not have to pay towards to the bond Old Tukwila residents signed on for in order to purchase the Golf…"

Charles Tyson commented on Ellen Gengler's blog post 'Group Health to move 1,000 employees from Tukwila to Renton, next to Sounder station'
"Much too big of a structure for the City and improper siting. If the City could have part of vacant land for the shops...but, that would eliminate adequate parking for the large office building. I already researched it, Chuck."
